Deepavali 2007

Deepavali, also called Diwali is a major Hindu festival. It is the "Festival of Lights," which symbolises the victory of good over evil. Fireworks are associated with the festival.
In south India, deepavali commemorates the killing of Narakasura by Lord Krishna's wife Sathyabhama. Before Narakasura's death, he requested a boon that everyone should celebrate his death with colorful light.
A few shots of Aakash enjoying this festival! :)

Hey Anonymous!! Thankfully nothing happened to Aakash. He is doing fine (knock on wood). I just stopped posting the pictures of his growing up since we (his parents) have split. So, I (his mother) have decided not to post his pictures here. Perils of divorce!

You may however follow his doings growing up without pics on my blog at http://myheadtrip.wordpress.com
That is my personal blog so it is not entirely about A as how he is addressed on that!

Cheers! :)

PS: Sorry for the delayed response as I didnt even want to come here!!
